With 18 years of experience in large-corporate as well as smaller start-up businesses, Andrew understands how to reach audiences internally. Andrew is a euro-linguist by training and is also qualified in Graphic and UX Design.

Sarah is a strategic communications specialist, writer, trainer and facilitator, with 18 years’ experience in communications roles and consultancy for not-for-profit, Higher Education and private sector organisations.

She specialises in carrying out employee research and communications strategy and planning. She has worked with people at all levels in large national organisations, including CEOs, frontline staff and line managers, as well as supporting smaller local organisations to communicate more effectively.
